Subby ("we", "us", "our") is a service for creating subscriber signup forms. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when joining our waitlist:

  • Name — as entered in the waitlist signup form.
  • Email address — as entered in the waitlist signup form.

We do not collect any data passively. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any other form of automated data collection.

3. How we use your data

Your name and email are used solely to:

  • notify you when Subby launches;
  • send you occasional product updates related to the launch, if you have expressed interest.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for any purpose.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies of any kind — neither functional, analytical, nor advertising. We do not integrate any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) on our website. No tracking data is collected when you visit our pages.

5. Data storage and security

Waitlist data is stored in a secure database accessible only to the Subby team. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request that your name and email be permanently removed from our waitlist at any time, no questions asked.

7. Data retention

We retain waitlist data until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. We do not retain data beyond the launch and initial onboarding period without your explicit consent.

8. Children's privacy

Subby is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
